Placeholder for Kills of Named Character Definition

The "named" character definition will be bent a little to include:
* all draftable characters
* "boss fight" characters, to borrow from video game terminology (pending)

Draftable chars we have to include, as that's the owner expectation when they were drafted. Some will turn out to be minor, but that's just the reality of working with casting rumors.

"Boss fight" characters is the best-fitting criteria for the characters that most people will think of as being more point-worthy kills than normal. They're typically involved in big feature fights.

Some examples would be:
* Any of the major White Walkers we've seen so far. May not apply if we start seeing hordes of them.
* Ser Arthur Dayne, if he weren't already draftable
* The main Pit Fighter killed by Jorah in S5E9
* Champion of Meereen killed by Daario from S4E3
* Rancor in Return of the Jedi

This is usually pretty clear when it happens, but admittedly there's not too much of a black/white line to draw when the grey cases come up. Other criteria may involve any characters that are "featured" in a scene or have dialogue, but this could include an example like the drunkard whose head was bashed in by Gregor Clegane in S6E2.
