I feel like he definitely does more than 3 points worth of staring here? He stares straight into her eyes for 5/6 seconds as he walks over to her. He’s speaking to everyone but his eyes are fixed right on hers and he also happens to be talking about “looking into blue eyes”. That was my bad, I meant to mark this as 3 seconds and 9 points. This is the portion that you can see Tormund's eyes during the stare in the screenshot, between Brienne's "pardon me for a moment" and Jaime interrupting. The 5s is about right if you include the beginning where we just see the back of his head. Don't feel too strongly about the cutoff here, call it even at 4s? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

^edit: eh after further consideration I downgraded Jon's speech. It was a very good speech but maybe just below the bar. It was sort of like Podrick's song in terms of summing up the overall moment which together was very sad, however the Sad Feels were distributed and not all on one character. -nyan
