I disagree. Missandei is always serious. I doubt you can make a case that she tried to make a joke. She mostly just wanted to get the communication right. The situation was funny from a 'this is not a real situation but one in a tv show perspective'. If that were real life, no body would laugh at it imho. -rajatnigam

Maybe this is getting a little nitty-gritty into friendzones from an veteran friendzoner, but I thought of this as more of a straight insult about Jorah's age/stamina. The friendzone is more about how close you are platonically to someone, while not being anywhere remotely close to getting with them in romantic/physical terms.
