I think #4 may be somewhat debatable - assists don't count, and Barristan simply held the Harpy in place while he was stabbed by the other. Arguably though, Barristan knew the stab was coming, and he positioned the Harpy in the way to receive it. I went with that interpretation and credited Barristan with the kill. -nyan

In the preview for episode 5, there's a shot of Dany standing over Barristan's body and I'm 100% sure he's dead -cfitzgerald

While the previews may give a hint, I don't think they're authoritative - e.g. if there's a scene showing Barristan's funeral, it may come from later in the episode and Barristan actually gets an opening scene with a few last words to Daenerys before dying. Also since some viewers don't watch them, it would introduce some spoilers to include information from the previews in the scoring. -nyan
