Yeah, he has a wiki name but is never named on the show. This is similar to the situations with the Gerold Hightower and Khal Forzo kills early this season. He has a couple of speaking lines, if people think his screentime was enough to warrant the in-progress boss fight/minor character status, we can upgrade this to a named kill. -nyan

Yes, if you think they're the same then there's not much of an argument for not counting "Belicho" as a named kill. We should try for some community consensus, since there's unfortunately no specific criteria for when we upgrade these characters to named status.
Hightower was a little more like White Walkers in that he proved to be a worthy "boss fight" adversary, while Forzo and "Belicho" would mostly be based on their dialogue/screentime being prominent enough. Another example could be the drunkard whose face was smashed in by the Mountain - he had a whole scene of just his dialogue, but was counted as an unnamed character.
It's also an option to revert the "named character" status from Forzo and/or Hightower as well. -nyan

I honestly didn't know the guys name who we are arguing about. But he was prominent enough to be at the parlay between dany and the masters, and at the parlay with tyrion so i would deem him a prominent character just like hightower, since i also didnt know his name. -cmwalken15

To me he falls under the "boss character" definition. He's not just a random footsoldier, he's the representative from Volantis. Even if he isn't given a name, I think his status and role qualify him to be a "named kill." -alexanderdropkin
