I think they should be meaningful gazes. Tormund basically communicates though his eyebrows. So not necessarily every time he looks at her but every time he moon-eyes her. -alicehanners

I'd say per gaze but with some kind of reasonable application. If he is looking at her, glances away and then back straight to her then it's once. If like in this episode, he stares, interacts with someone else, then looks at her again, two times, (or however many). -N1ce And Squeezy

Okay, the votes have spoken! Tormund's special will be per-gaze. We'll count a separate gaze if it's been interrupted by some event, like Tormund did here in talking to Podrick. But it needs to be a more substantial pause than blinking or being distracted for a couple of seconds. -nyan
