Bran Stark:
+1 when he tells/teaches someone something he had learned while greenseeing / tapping into the weirwood

For example, Bran saw and knows about Hardhome and Sansa's wedding night... he didn't get points last week for discovery of the secret about Hardhome. These things may or may not be considered secrets, but this is pretty much the only thing Bran does in the show, and he is the only character that can do it and get this information this way. I think he should get points for that, just because the directors don't always shoot those scenes for budget / time's sake, it shouldn't take away from him having done it, right? -hkeseyan

It is true that the Sansa thing is not really a secret discovery that can be scored for. Then again, is finding that our and revealing it to Sansa something that really gives Bran political power? It is just sort of a creepy thing.
I would suggest something along the lines of Bran giving off this distant, stoned-out sort of vibe like his conversation with Sansa. Not quite sure how to codify that into a special yet, it seems that part of his personality is only starting to become apparent. -nyan

The stoned-out vibe is probably something that comes with being the 3ER - we kind of saw it with the old 3ER. They don't react emotionally because they aren't surprised by anything any more (interesting that the scene with Bran was immediately after Littlefinger's speech about just this)
If you want to codify that vibe, it could be something about how he shows no emotion in the presence of a character showing clear emotion over the same situation. Could use better wording - but basically something about how Sansa cried and went over to hug Bran while Bran had a blank stare and didn't even extend his arms to hug her -hkeseyan

"+Special points when reacting cold and emotionlessly to a normally sensitive or emotional situation"
Slightly open-ended, but I think it's reasonable to eye test. I would include telling Sansa about watching her be raped by Ramsay in this, along with Sansa's reunion hug.
However! before officially doing that I'd like to throw out a dark horse special idea that I think could be more fun (if rarer). Basically it would be to transfer Sansa's ability to him:
+Special points for scenes where he cries (or smiles/audible laughter?)
Like what I've been looking for with Theon, it would be nice to root for Specials around these characters re-humanizing themselves, rather than continuing to debase themselves as cowards and robotic weirdwood-stoners. This could also turn into a Rickon-style special (+Special for scenes with speaking lines), where it seems laughably easy to achieve, but ends up blueballing all the owners because it literally never happens for the rest of the series. -nyan

Bran: "+Special points for every scene he breaks out of his tree-like trance and exhibits an emotion (visible tears, smiles showing teeth, audible laughter, audible screams)" -nyan
