Cersei finding out Olenna killed Joffrey would have affected her decision-making, but it doesn't any more because she's dead. This is very loose, but Gilly's discovery led her to asking about annulments. -hkeseyan

I guess this is what the criteria for "character is in a position to use the information" was originally there for, and I decided to drop it to just making the scoring cleaner and not have to arbitrate on the later points where the information becomes "usable" by the character. So given that we'll add it for her. -nyan

For Sam, I'd argue that he sort of blew Gilly off to the point of not even hearing what she said. But if he brings it up again ("hey were you saying something before about a Prince Ragger?") then we could count it then?
