That part is really questionable, they are all facing towards the direction of Thoros' head and that's the end that Jon pours it on, but we see the body in a very flat profile so it's impossible to tell. -nyan

This seems pretty suspect. Would we give someone points if they spit out a mouthful of wine? Or is swallowing required? If it's the former (which I don't think it ought to be), then we just need a little splash to have made it into his mouth. If it's the latter, then this should not score. -jedjackoway

Yeah, the closest edge case we had was from last season, when Septa Unella gets waterboarded with wine all over her face although she tries to keep her lips closed the whole time. We decided to count it because that was too fun of an event not to, so I think the criteria stands at "touches lips, but we'll accept iffy evidence for whether or not they swallowed any".

We might guess that Jon pours it towards the head side of Thoros, but we really don't see Thoros' face at all to get any confirmation. Since I've been such a stickler for the glass-to-the-lips-and-it-has-to-be-on-screen rule, out of fairness I think we'll reject this one. It's definitely much more of a stretch that all the times I discounted Thoros walking off-screen while starting to raise his flask. -nyan
