Ah man did I word this one badly again? I wanted to give the dragons minor points for like... roasting their own meat or going Hulk Smash on a wagon for funsies. But by the way it was written I can see this qualifying, I just wanted to point out Drogon already got 10pts for this as a kill. -nyan

I worry there's a slippery slope that we can say even the massacre of all the civilians starts to be "non-combat" - it is basically execution style, just that Varys' is more formal and King's Landing is chaotic. -nyan

As I see it, if people (or animals) are being _killed_, it is a _kill_ - as which these events have been scored. Now, if people are dead, their bodies become corpses which can be more easily regarded as plain objects. I know many philosophical schools might voice multiple objections to all the statements I made in the preceding sentences, but in my opinion it does make more sense like that especially for the scoring system.
