Yes, Shaggydog gets scored just like regular characters except his points are given to Rickon. So if Rickon dies next episode, he'll be in a unique position to be receiving +2 post-episode death points thereafter. -nyan

@nsimmonds this is my hunch as well... I'm expecting to have a big debate over this if it comes to pass, and unfortunately we don't have good precedents for what too do about it. There was a switcheroo for Theon's kill of the farmboys in S2, but that was during a rewatch so we knew it happened, and didn't grant the scores accordingly. -nyan

It makes no sense to fake Shaggydog but deliver the real Rickon. The only reason to fake Shaggydog would be if the whole thing is a ruse...if you're only going to fake half, clearly you fake Rickon and keep the real maybe-last-surviving-Stark safe. -jedjackoway

Pretty much we have to count the points here, the severed head is about as confirmed dead as you can get (else we second-guess every death on the show). The two options I can think of are:

1. Retroactively remove the points if the ruse is revealed later. Potentially upsets expectations if it changes scoring/wins from a long time ago (and what about season-spanning deception?)

2. Count the kills/death as they are apparently, and let the points stick. This allows for the same Characters to get multiple kill/death points, which was previously only allowed for very special cases (Jaqen H'ghar, Beric Dondarrion). Only exception is if the reveal happens in the same episode.

Leaning towards the second, as it's the easier way to keep consistent scoring (and not risk spoilers for late-watchers). -nyan
