Looks like a slight predicament here - Eddie Eyre (listed as Rowland Selwyn, and currently incorrectly renamed to Howland Reed) in fact plays Oswell Whent. Because players drafted him, we'll have to count the points.

Book-only names won't count, so none of Ned Stark's bannermen are counted as named.

There is slight precedent before for adding "major" characters who never had a spoken name, for example the three White Walkers we've been shown (Sam's kill, Jon's kill, and the thorny-headed king). Clarifying the rule for newer players - we had some debates previously on how to determine when a drink is alcoholic/non-alcoholic. That debate was inconclusive on where the line should be drawn (even if events like this may be "obvious").
