Oops, you're right to bring this up. We added this last year but neglected to update the kills category. So the sliding scale (with multiplier) goes:

Named Kill: 10pts
Named Major Injury: 5pts (something permanent, like Jaime losing a hand)
Named Minor Injury: 2pts (Arya getting beat up pretty badly)
Unnamed Kill: 2pts
Unnamed Major Injury: 1pt

The major/minor distinction is helpful - there is otherwise a very large gap between Jaime getting his hand cut off (major, permanent implications for the show), and a character like Arya getting a bit beat up (happens almost every fight scene, almost never affects the plot). -nyan

We'll incorporate these suggestions into a new ruleset, which league admins will be able to opt into. Pretty retarded that she gets 2 points less for bringing, arguably, the most important character in the show back from the dead than Thyrion gets for filling his glass with wine.
As for the people that "made draft decisions based on rules at the beginning", I think these people would be much more supportive of awarding over 3 points to Melisandre for her mitzvah than to awarding some weak prince 99 points for walking around. -jshragie

"Now, die!", "You're an idiot", or other plainly-spoken lines aren't good enough for this category. I think "I prefer being an only child" is not quite as literal/plain as any of those examples - it's like a trivialization of Fat Walda's pleas for her sons life that shows how coldly sociopathic Ramsay is (his simple *preference* outweighs the life of a baby). But beyond wether the line is literal or plain, we'll certainly listen to feedback on whether a line passes the subjective quality bar. -nyan

@klov3r I don't think there was anything aside from the flashback to Winterfell scene. We get the GoT title sequence, then a fade-in of Bran and Three-Eyed Raven stoned out among the weirwood branches with their eyes whited out. Then we just cut immediately to Ned and Benjen fighting. -nyan
