I dont think Cersei was ever convinced. We knew she had no intentions of ever keeping her word because she had Euron storm out to make her look weak 2 min into the conversation.Her plan from the beginning was to accept the offer and not go north. The only reason she didnt kill Tyrion was because if she killed him she couldnt accept the offer and have all of her enemies run away north. -hindsight44

Well, I guess this is dependent on which basis we are scoring: Do we score based on plot elements, which means, what we see and in the order we see it, or the story, which kind of includes everything before and after it and what happens in the background without direct telling. If Cersei's betrayal would be presented to us in the next episode, this would be a definite scoring event for Tyrion.
