Fantasora is a game that combines aspects of bingo, drinking games, prop bets, and fantasy leagues with the show Game of Thrones. Players assemble a roster of characters on the show (through a draft process), and over the course of the season, will gain points for doing Game of Thronesey things like killing people, drinking wine, or saying 'Hodor'.

Points are tracked for characters in the following categories. For a more detailed specification on how events are recorded, check out the exhaustive rulebook spec.


Corpses produced, with partial credit for injuries. Kills of Named Characters are worth more than unnamed unnamed characters. Kills must be made directly by the character ("He who passes the sentence shall swing the sword").

  • Kills of unnamed characters count for 2 points
  • Inflicting severe injuries count for half a kill (i.e. 5 points for named chars, 1 for unnamed)

Acts that bolster a character's (or their House's) political strength

  • 3 points when characters gain a new title, weapon, or castle/city
  • 3 points when a commander wins a battle
  • 3 points for gaining another named character as a follower or prisoner. Marriages and new babies also counted.

Insults Delivered / Funny Lines

Witty insults, intimidating threats, serious burns, or just funny comments delivered by the character. Overall rated by scorekeeper council and community consensus.

A Game of Thrones

Number of times a character has sat on a "throne". A throne is considered to be any single-seat chair, especially if it is somehow unique or distinguished among the scene.

  • 2 points granted for each reappearance of a character's remains, excluding the death scene


Points contributed by characters' special scoring abilities (e.g. each instance of Hodor saying "hodor").

The Feels

Heartwarming moments that are so few and far between on the show, as well as a consolation score for the heart-wrenching ones. Also, a "you done fucked up" score for big regrets (see rulebook for criteria).

Recently declared King in the North, he is the bastard son of Ned Stark, and formerly served as Lord Commander of the Night's Watch before he was betrayed by his fellow men.

Quick to wit and even quicker to the drink, Tyrion is the youngest of three Lannister children. After being exiled by his sister Cersei, he has joined with Daenerys Targaryen, serving as her Hand of the Queen and most trusted adviser.

The second eldest of the Stark children. After being held as a prisoner of House Bolton, Sansa managed to escape and, with the help of Jon Snow and the Knights of the Vale, defeated Ramsay Bolton to reclaim Winterfell for the Starks. She is a huge fan of lemon cakes.

Lord Protector of the Vale, Littlefinger effectively controls the Knights of the Vale through the easily manipulated Robbin Arryn. He is a master manipulator who will stop at nothing for power.

The matriarch of House Tyrell, Olenna seeks only revenge against the Lannisters after Cersei wiped out nearly all of House Tyrell in the wildfire explosion at the Sept of Baelor. She is known as the "Queen of Thorns" for her sarcasm and wit.
+1 point every time she interlocks arms with someone while walking.
A knight and the head of House Clegane, he serves as a member of the Kingsguard and Cersei's personal muscle. He is a massive and impossibly strong warrior, although he remains speechless and zombie-like ever since being wounded in a Trial by Combat against Oberyn Martell.

Formerly a lieutenant of Mance Rayder, the King beyond the Wall, Tormund is now the de facto leader of the Wildlings and a reasoned voice in rallying them behind the cause of Jon Snow.

Formerly Hand of the King to Stannis Baratheon, Davos now advises Jon Snow. He is often at odds with the Red Priestess Melisandre.

A steward of the Night's Watch, Samwell has been sent south to Oldtown to begin his training as a Maester. He is a close friend to Jon Snow, and one of the few people known to have killed a White Walker.

A Red Priestess from Asshai, Melisandre has demonstrated mythical skill in blood magic, most recently reviving a deceased Jon Snow. After Davos Seaworth exposes her live sacrifice of the child Shireen Baratheon, she has been exiled by Jon Snow.

A former sellsword, who has risen through the ranks of nobility thanks to his fighting skills and work for the Lannisters. He has accompanied Jaime Lannister on his missions to Dorne and Riverrun.

Theon's older sister, Yara was raised on the Iron Islands as a true Ironborn. She is a fearsome fighter and commands a longship of her own. After her uncle Euron Greyjoy seizes control of the Iron Islands, she flees with Theon and her loyal troops to ally with Daenerys Targaryen, whose dragons and armies sail west to retake Westeros.
+1 when referencing that she is a lesbian, or making a pass at another woman
The exiled head of House Mormont. Jorah was previously one of Daenerys Targaryen's most trusted advisors before his banishment and subsequent infection with the fatal greyscale disease. As Daenerys leaves for Westeros, he wanders Essos in search of a cure.

Heir to the Iron Islands, and formerly a ward of House Stark. Theon is slowly recovering from physical and mental breakdown during his time as a prisoner of Ramsay Bolton. He currently accompanies his sister Yara Greyjoy, who has pledged her Ironborn forces to the cause of Daenerys Targaryen.
+1 point for scenes where Theon refers to himself as "Reek"

A bastard son of Robert Baratheon, although this fact is not widely known (even to Gendry himself). After being captured by Melisandre, he is freed by Ser Davos and escaped Dragonstone by rowboat. His whereabouts are currently unknown, but he will likely emerge at some point with the swolest arms Westeros has ever seen.

The former paramour of Prince Oberyn. She is also the mother of several of his bastard children, known as the Sand Snakes, and plots revenge against the Lannisters for Oberyn's death. After assassinating Prince Doran and overtaking Dorne, she joins forces with Daenerys Targaryen as she sails west to retake the Iron Throne.

A fearsome Lannister knight, formerly known as the Hound. After being left for dead after losing a fight with Brienne of Tarth, he recovered and briefly reformed as a laborer in a nonviolent commune, but has joined with Beric Dondarrion and the Brotherhood without Banners after bandits attack and destroy the village.

Samwell Tarly's disapproving father. He is the Lord of House Tarly, and was one of the greatest soldiers in Westeros.
Formerly the Master of Whisperers in King's Landing, Varys now pulls the political strings for Daenerys Targaryen, arranging alliances with the Westerosi Houses Tyrell and Martell. He controls a vast network of spies.

Leader of the Second Sons, a sellsword company who now serves Daenerys Targaryen. He is also one of Daneerys' trusted advisors and her lover, but has been left behind in Meereen to govern the city.

A squire in the service of Brienne of Tarth. He previously served as Tyrion Lannister's squire.

The First Ranger of the Night's Watch, Benjen has been lost for some time North of the Wall after being attacked by White Walkers while north of the Wall. After being saved by the Children of the Forest, he exists in an undead state, unable to pass back south of the Wall.
Archmaester at the Citadel in Oldtown, where new Maesters are trained.

A skilled archer from the Stormlands - he is a member of the Brotherhood Without Banners, led by Beric Dondarrion.
The Head of House Glover, and bannerman to the Starks.
A slave trader from Yunkai. He briefly owns Jorah Mormont, who he brings to the fighting pits of Meereen, and is present during the slavers' attack on Meereen. He is the only slave master spared by Daenerys, who sends him to Astapor with a message for those who would oppose the Mother of Dragons.
Head of House Royce, bannermen to House Arryn of the Vale.
A young Dothraki widow from Dosh Khaleen. She follows Daenerys Targaryen after she defeats the other Khals by burning them alive inside the Temple of Dosh Khaleen.
A member of Varys' old spy network in King's Landing, now working for Qyburn.
A priestess who leads the Dosh Khaleen, the widows of slain khals who preside over the holy city of Vaes Dothrak.
A Dothraki bloodrider, he swears allegiance to Daenerys after she burns all of the other Khals alive in Dosh Khaleen.

A Pirate Lord from the Lys, a free city of Essos. He is an old friend of Ser Davos Seaworth and fought for Stannis in the Battle of the Blackwater.

The Knight of the Gate, commander of the soldiers that defend the Bloody Gate that guards entrance into the Vale.
An orphan from King's Landing. He works at the Inn at the Crossroads as a baker.
