The post-death points will be awarded in the subsequent episodes, so Doran and the rest will be getting 1pt each in E2, E3, ... thru E10. It'll be 19 points after it's all said and done, but as a sort of trickle-down consolation prize over the rest of the season while you're down a character. -nyan

This is the opposite of why you should play roto. With roto, whoever has Doran will have a huge advantage in upcoming episodes. With H2H the field is a bit more level next episode. -alicehanners

Both Roto and H2H have their own ways of dealing with an outsized scoring performance. For H2H, it only counts for 1 win whether you win by 3pts or 100pts, so Doran's performance is capped at 10% of the season and he now won't be contributing much else.

For Roto leagues, teams with Doran will now have a sizeable lead in the Specials category, but there's still time to make it up over the course of the rest of the season (e.g. if Hodor has a Hodor-outburst, it's probably in the same order of magnitude as Doran). Even if 1 performance is good enough to secure a whole category, it's still just 1 of 7 categories (worth ~14%), and Roto scoring is based off of the ranks - if you win a category by 3pts or 100pts, the 2nd-place team in that category is still just -1 roto points behind. -nyan
