I don't know, Ramsay definitely threatened each character uniquely. Khal Moro was threatening the same person with the same act, but multiple times. I don't think that's equivalent. -theripleymanor

It seems like it could be summed up as ultimately a threat to Jon. "You will watch as... [terrible stuff happens to Sansa]. You will watch as... [terrible stuff happens to Rickon].
