I don't know, Stannis just said in passing "I know what dragonglass is, we have it in Dragonstone", but he didn't say how much or where to get it. Plus I think it's easy to forget things that are said in passing like that. Especially since he had that whole traumatic incident with Gilly later on. The maesters' book actually spelled out exactly where it is in the mine, and how much and gave a ton of info on how it can be used. (maybe I'm just trying to convince myself that there are no mistakes in the show) -tommyjames81

Edd Tolett got points last year as Interim LC. Sansa is Interim Warden of the North. Also these positions do exist in government. If the president is incapactated the Vice President takes over till the president can resume his office.

Sansa has no idea she is Jons 'vice' warden (she asks him angrily WHO will rule while hes gone because even she doesnt know.) So when Jon promotes her its new to her as well. Until this point Jon had not assigned a person to rule in the times when he couldnt. -hindsight44

OK rules are rules. "He who passes the sentence should swing the sword" isn't the most clear justification for the rules, though. Arya did not pass the sentence. But you don't count major wounds being inflicted in the act of killing. One gaze per reasonable amount of time would make sense? That way if there's a really long group scene and he might be able to get 2-3 significant gazes in there, but glancing away and then back to her shouldn't count as multiple gazes. It's more like quick breaks in one "act" of gazing at her -cfitzgerald
