Yeah this needs a bit more clarity - "injuries" are counted underneath the kills category, and this was marked as a minor one since Arya was hit hard enough to bleed eventually. This is the same "minor injury to a named char" event that was scored for Malko, Bronn, and Tyene later in the episode. -nyan
