Original submission: "Theon and his team board the boat to save Yara, 4 arrows are used to kill people working on the boat. The camera then cuts to Theon and his team with Theon at the front with his bow and arrow cocked, surely he deserves some points for these kills?"

There were actually 5 kills and on-screen we see a squad of 4 (including Theon). Given the scenario I've scored 1 for Theon (Euron's men were killed in quick succession, so presumably they all landed their shots).

For future references, I *would* say this is a bit of a grey(joy) area, with the fudged assumption that they didn't have time to reload much, so Theon must've landed his first shot. If there were 5 arrow kills and Theon had boarded with 20 goodmen, I don't think he would have gotten any points. Similar for 200 arrow kills and 20 men shooting, or if we saw arrows flying around and missing. These scenarios would put enough plausibility that Theon did not land his shots.

The scoring criteria wants to see strong attribution happen on-screen, else we have submissions like "Tormund and Jon were like 2/10 of soldiers in the Battle of Bastards at this point and there's a pile of 150 bodies around them, clearly they did 20% of those kills". It ends up cheapening the points for legitimate kills the characters do 1:1. -nyan

This is a very fair question. Traditionally for battles and gaining a castle, it's been attributed to only the commander (else you could start arguing that every individual soldier on the winning side gets to double up on those points). But having the entire army as a group draftable is something new this season. I feel like this could go either way, though it's a little weaker since we didn't see any on-screen wights in action. -nyan

This one didn't seem to get a lot of support but I'll add it actually. @jedjackoway that's a very good line of thought about new proposals, and generally it doesn't feel worthy to give points when characters are not even there (this is why the "references to..." Specials generally don't count if the characters aren't in the scene).

In this case my feeling is that this would be a good stat to count if there were generally a "Team White Walkers" draftable group (like team defenses for NFL fantasy). With the lack of characters, I think the Night King was drafted by many people as a stand-in for that. This also is hopefully not too OP (I expect we see this 1-2 times at most), especially for a character that's already top-tier. -nyan
