I think if we get really technical about it, King in the North and Warden of the North are mutually exclusive - you can only be Warden for a reigning monarch, which implies you're not King in the North. Per the WWE criteria, any title change counts even if it sounds like a demotion (one could argue it's a smaller fish in a bigger pond scenario). -nyan

it doesn't get any more warm and fuzzy from the Hound or Arya than this. They are both very reserved. The comment about this ending with 'you miserable shits' etc doesnt undo this moment - that's the nature of Arya/the Hounds relationship. Could make an argument for it, but imo the moment from Jaime's perspective is more in line with the other standard Feels points given out. It doesn't need to be symmetrical necessarily, see Bran not reacting to Jon's reunion and Daenerys not getting points for her part in making Sam sad. -nyan

I dunno, I feel like Jaime was the key part in this. He knew exactly what he was doing and how it would make Brienne feel. She would never of been knighted if it wasn’t for Jaime. It was “an act of love” on Jaime’s part, maybe even the closest thing we’ll get to him confessing his love for her. Sam’s moment was about him finding out about his family, it was his moment not Daenerys’. Imo, this moment was about Brienne AND Jaime’s relationship. -conor_finlay
