He’s speaking to everyone but his eyes are fixed right on hers and he also happens to be talking about “looking into blue eyes”. That was my bad, I meant to mark this as 3 seconds and 9 points. This is the portion that you can see Tormund's eyes during the stare in the screenshot, between Brienne's "pardon me for a moment" and Jaime interrupting. The 5s is about right if you include the beginning where we just see the back of his head. Don't feel too strongly about the cutoff here, call it even at 4s? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
