Also I thought Harrag was killed off in this one, but according to the wiki he was simply "beaten senseless" but there's no citation on that. I think we're free to make our own interpretation. They seemed to just leave Harrag lying on the beach, but I don't know whether that's a point for alive or dead. Also I'm not convinced that Theon can kill anybody with his bare fists. -nyan

Yeah i dont see how Harrag is surviving this. Also what about boss fight. Theon needed to beat him for his charcter arc to continue. Yeah, I think the ambiguity of whether or not he's alive is akin to Stannis' death in Season 5. We don't know for sure that he's dead after that initial scene, as we never technically see it, but his death was counted then for the same reason -jake.kmiech

Yeah, for this it basically becomes a judgment call we can make. This fight happens on Dragonstone I believe, so Harrag isn't completely stranded. I also think that it's also not in Theon's character to straight up kill a guy just to take away his crew.

The boss fight criteria isn't actually needed, since Harrag has a name so it'd count for full points either way. -nyan

I don't know, Stannis just said in passing "I know what dragonglass is, we have it in Dragonstone", but he didn't say how much or where to get it. Plus I think it's easy to forget things that are said in passing like that. Especially since he had that whole traumatic incident with Gilly later on. The maesters' book actually spelled out exactly where it is in the mine, and how much and gave a ton of info on how it can be used. @ssantise Tycho does not control The Iron Bank the same way Jon and Dany control their armies. The Iron Bank is subservient to Tycho, Tycho is subservient to The Iron Bank. This would be like Davos or Tyrion speaking on behalf of Jon or Dany. If we want to get bogged down into the details, there is real-life precedent for this, as corporations in the modern day are treated as their own entity.

The Iron Bank is its own entity, Tycho is an employee, he is an emissary, a broker for The Iron Bank in the literal sense of the word.

@hindsight44 you make a good point about the "gift" situation with Cersei and Euron. However, we explicitly see in that scene that Cersei declines the offer. Euron responds by explaining clearly that he will resume the talks only when he returns with his end of the deal. In this case, Tycho does not object to Cersei's request.

Another thing is that I think we are putting aside too many opportunities for convincing arguments and negotiations lately, and ignoring the fact that we have a betrayal category. A person's word means so much in Westeros, breaking oaths and loyalty are seen as a very significant event. We have a category just for these events, and we award points for betrayal. I say that unless we see a decline in a deal like this, we should score it as a deal and then see if betrayal occurs later. If Tycho breaks his end of the deal, or if Cersei breaks her end of the deal, that will be a very significant plot point that will be outlined in the show. -hkeseyan

I dont think Cersei was ever convinced. We knew she had no intentions of ever keeping her word because she had Euron storm out to make her look weak 2 min into the conversation.Her plan from the beginning was to accept the offer and not go north. The only reason she didnt kill Tyrion was because if she killed him she couldnt accept the offer and have all of her enemies run away north. -hindsight44

Well, I guess this is dependent on which basis we are scoring: Do we score based on plot elements, which means, what we see and in the order we see it, or the story, which kind of includes everything before and after it and what happens in the background without direct telling. If Cersei's betrayal would be presented to us in the next episode, this would be a definite scoring event for Tyrion. Seems to be closest to a witty insult, but it's not really an insult. Maybe the secret discovery of Tyrion's imposture? He has been doing this for like ever and gotten through with it for most of the time. But you don't count major wounds being inflicted in the act of killing. One gaze per reasonable amount of time would make sense? That way if there's a really long group scene and he might be able to get 2-3 significant gazes in there, but glancing away and then back to her shouldn't count as multiple gazes. It's more like quick breaks in one "act" of gazing at her -cfitzgerald
